Responsibilities:
Prepare and review vehicle title and registration documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
Process license plate and registration-related paperwork for customers in accordance with Texas requirements.
Submit title applications and supporting records to county and state agencies within required timelines.
Complete government forms and related documentation while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
Organize, scan, and maintain title files so records are accessible, current, and properly documented.
Conduct title-related research, including searches and preliminary review of ownership documentation when needed.
Resolve routine title issues by identifying missing information and coordinating corrections with internal team members or external offices.
Collaborate closely with a team environment to manage daily workload and meet high-volume processing demands. Previous experience handling automotive titles, registrations, or closely related title administration work.
Working knowledge of Texas title procedures and documentation requirements.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch errors in forms, supporting documents, and data entry.
Comfort working in a high-volume setting while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Experience with document scanning, file organization, and record management.
