Office Administrator

Boscan Builders

Company Description Boscan Builders provides comprehensive electrical services, from new service installations to adding power to existing buildings. The company also specializes in fire alarm installation and testing, ensuring safety and compliance for its clients. In addition, Boscan Builders offers data drops, security camera installation, and digital door lock solutions. This range of services allows the team to support both functional and security needs for residential and commercial properties. Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN. This position is responsible for managing daily office operations, including handling phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files and records. The Office Administrator will support administrative processes such as preparing documents, tracking invoices, coordinating with field staff, and assisting with basic bookkeeping or data entry as needed. The role also involves greeting visitors, responding to customer inquiries, and facilitating clear communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow. The Office Administrator will help maintain office supplies, ensure office equipment is functioning properly, and contribute to a professional, well-organized work environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations and support team members effectively. Candidates should possess experience with Office Equipment and basic computer applications to maintain a functional and efficient office environment. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Bilingual speech (Spanish and English) is strongly preferred but not not required. Candidates should possess solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in business administration or related fields is beneficial. Prior experience in an office administrator, receptionist, or similar administrative role is preferred but not necessary. Comfort working on-site in Indianapolis, IN, with reliability in attendance and punctuality. Familiarity with construction, electrical services, or related industries is a plus but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
