Clinical Therapist - $5,000 Retention Bonus!

We're seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate at least 20 hours per week of therapeutic group programming alongside individual sessions and clinical treatment planning.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
• Provide case management and coordinate care with the treatment team

What You'll Bring

• Active Pennsylvania clinical license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
• LSW or LAPC is acceptable, provided you also hold a CAADC
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
