Partnerships Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Partnerships Operations Specialist to join the Partnerships Operations team at Snap.

The person in this role will work across scaled support and education, creator program execution, budget operations, events, and team operations. They will independently own defined workflows and operational workstreams, coordinate closely with cross-functional partners, and turn priorities into clear plans, accurate tracking, and dependable follow-through. They will also work with Partnerships and cross-functional verticals to identify efficiencies and build and implement processes that improve how the organization operates.

This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once, can learn complex products and processes quickly, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and can identify opportunities to make our work more efficient and scalable.

What You’ll Do:

Scaled Support & Operations

• Support technical and operational programs for creators and content partners, coordinating issue escalations, surfacing user feedback, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and other teams to drive resolution and improvements.
• Manage execution for programs, pilots, and new initiatives, coordinating timelines, participation, deliverables, payments, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Maintain the processes, documentation, and resources that enable consistent, high-quality support at scale.
• Identify recurring issues and operational gaps, translating them into opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and the overall partner experience.

Education & Communications

• Support onboarding and education through lifecycle communications, product and program updates, newsletters, and educational resources.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate product, program, and policy changes into clear, actionable guidance for external partners and internal teams.
• Help evolve scaled education programs and channels to improve awareness and adoption of Snapchat products, features, and programs.

Partnerships & Team Operations

• Support key team operating rhythms and initiatives, including quarterly planning and Partnerships events.
• Manage budget and payment operations, including spend tracking, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and creator and partner payments.
• Maintain clear processes, trackers, and documentation that provide visibility into priorities, ownership, and progress across the Partnerships organization.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve recurring workflows, partnering with technical and operational teams on tools and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
• High attention to detail and operational rigor, especially when managing payments, approvals, communications, event logistics, and program deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex product or program information into clear, actionable guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage defined operational workflows and cross-functional workstreams from planning through completion.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, documentation, CRM systems, and project-management tools.
• Ability to learn new products, systems, and processes quickly and apply that knowledge to support creators, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and using data or emerging tools to make recurring work more efficient.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program coordination, partner operations, support operations, marketing operations, events, or a related field.
• Experience managing operational workflows, trackers, documentation, or cross-functional projects with strong attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and following work through to completion.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting creators, content or media partners, or partner-facing programs.
• Experience with scaled support or education operations, including issue triage, escalation management, knowledge-base maintenance, CRM, or lifecycle communications.
• Experience with budget operations, vendor coordination, payments, procurement, or event execution.
• Experience improving recurring workflows through automation, reporting, or AI-enabled tools; familiarity with Salesforce and collaboration platforms is a plus.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :

The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually.

Zone B :

The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$167,000 annually.

Zone C :

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
