Nurse Practitioner (Endocrinology) - El Centro, CAWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with direct Endocrinology experience to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with endocrine, metabolic, and hormonal conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and manage endocrine and metabolic conditions.Manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and other endocrine conditions.Develop treatment plans and manage medications within the NP's scope of practice.Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.Manage diabetes using insulin therapy, CGM, insulin pumps, and other diabetes technologies.Provide education on medications, nutrition, lifestyle, glucose monitoring, and chronic disease management.Monitor patient progress, provide follow-up care, and adjust treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with the supervising Internal Medicine physician and other healthcare providers.QualificationsActive California NP license and board certification.Direct Endocrinology experience is required.Strong hands-on experience managing diabetes and other endocrine disorders.DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.Strong clinical, communication, and patient-management skills.Benefits:401(k) matchingDental, Vision, Health, InsuranceEmployee discountMalpractice insurancePaid time off & Parental leaveRelocation & Travel Assistance
