Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and detailed medical history evaluations
• Assist in diagnosing and evaluating surgical conditions through careful interpretation of imaging and laboratory results
• Work closely with surgeons to develop and implement tailored surgical treatment plans for patients
• Provide intraoperative assistance, including preparing surgical rooms, facilitating patient positioning, and handing instruments during surgeries
• Deliver exceptional care before and after surgery, including medication administration, wound management, discharge coordination, and patient education

Education Required

• Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Experience with clinical rotations focusing on surgery strongly preferred

Certifications Required

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
