Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to suit diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support educational progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, treatment plans, and session outcomes in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities
• Employ evidence-based interventions and innovative approaches to maximize student participation and success
