Account Executive

About our Client:
We are partnering with a profitable, founder-owned B2B SaaS company that is expanding its sales organization and looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to help drive its next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role for someone who can convert existing inbound demand while also creating their own pipeline. You will work directly with senior leadership, own opportunities from discovery through close, and have meaningful influence on how the company continues to evolve its sales motion.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, business case development, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Manage qualified inbound opportunities while building your own outbound pipeline
- Prospect strategically into mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Run tailored demos based on each prospect’s business needs and use case
- Build ROI driven business cases that connect the solution to measurable business outcomes
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales involving business leaders, procurement, IT, and security
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and clear next steps
- Collaborate closely with leadership and product teams on messaging, objections, competitive insights, and market feedback
- Use modern AI tools for research, outreach, meeting preparation, follow-up, and sales execution
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full cycle B2B SaaS closing experience
- Consistent individual quota ownership and performance
- Demonstrated ability to create and close self-sourced opportunities
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Experience navigating multiple stakeholders and longer buying processes
- Strong discovery, demo, negotiation, and value selling skills
- Comfortable operating in a smaller growth-stage environment without a large enablement organization
- Strong ownership, urgency, and follow-through
