Live a Legacy.Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our established rehabilitation team at Lincoln Meadows Senior Living, an active senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.Position Highlights:Up to $104,000 annually$10,000 sign-on bonusFull-time, salaried position with 40 guaranteed hours per weekMonday–Friday schedule with no weekends6–7 patients per dayOne-on-one treatment80% productivity expectationWhat makes this opportunity different?This isn't a high-volume outpatient setting! You'll typically treat 6–7 residents per day, giving you more time for individualized, one-on-one care and meaningful patient relationships. Therapy also goes beyond the rehab gym! You'll work with residents throughout the community, including their apartments, providing care in the spaces where they live and move every day.The Lincoln Meadows is an active senior living community with resident activities, classes, and programming throughout the day. Legacy has proudly served the community for five years, so you'll be joining an established therapy team with strong relationships on-site. And you won't be doing it alone!
