This position is responsible for maintaining kitchen excellence by ensuring food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards are upheld at all times./ppKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:/pulliAssisting with the supervision and scheduling of kitchen staff/liliEnforcing all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines/liliSupporting the management team in controlling food cost, waste, labor, and overall kitchen efficiency/liliMonitoring cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe and organized work environment/liliHelping train, develop, and motivate kitchen team members/liliEnsuring every dish meets Anthonys standards for taste, quality, and presentation/liliMaintaining speed and accuracy during high-volume service periods to deliver an exceptional guest experience/li/ulpResponsibilities/pulliLead and support the back-of-house team through high-volume shifts; energize the crew, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth kitchen operations in collaboration with management/liliOversee all aspects of food execution, including quality, consistency, food safety, and cost control/liliDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle team conflicts with professionalism and fairness/liliMaintain flexibility and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed/li/ulpWe offer hands-on training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment.
