The Sr. Manager determines and enables hardware deployment readiness, integrating deployment process and strategy with financial and operational planning to deliver outcomes that shape deployment efficiency.More importantly, this leader is accountable for building and developing a high-performing team of Senior+ engineers. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
