Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to join their team onsite in Denver, CO and provide end-user support. The technician will perform break-fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and project work while supporting a wide range of IT equipment. Candidates with hands-on experience supporting Lexmark, Client, Fujifilm, and large format/plotter printers are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and reliable vehicle.Duties and Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair printers (Lexmark, Client, Fujifilm, and large format/plotters), laptops, desktops, POS systems, servers, restaurant IT hardware, and network equipmentSupport multiple customer accounts while meeting service expectationsMeet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including 4–6-hour response requirementsAccurately document work performed, parts used, and time entriesParticipate in an on-call (OC) rotation to support after-hours customer needsSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 1 to 3+ years of field service or IT support experience preferredStrong hardware break-fix and repair experienceExperience supporting laser printers, POS systems, PCs, and network devicesExperience supporting Fujifilm and large format/plotter printers is a strong plusFamiliarity with ticketing and dispatch systemsExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsExperience working independently in a customer-facing environmentTraining provided for candidates with strong technical aptitude and customer service skillsCompTIA A+ certification preferred but not requiredLexmark certifications and printer repair experience are strongly preferredExperience with Client, Dell, Lenovo equipment is a plusWage Range: The rate for this position is between $15.75 - $21.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher.
