As a Dental Hygienist at Valley Dental Works, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal care.

You'll work alongside the doctors and clinical team to identify patient needs, provide individualized education, and contribute to comprehensive treatment planning.

• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
• Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Educate patients on oral and overall health
• Identify periodontal and oral health concerns
• Collaborate with doctors on comprehensive treatment planning
• Utilize digital imaging and modern dental technology
• Provide individualized patient education and preventive recommendations
• Create a comfortable, welcoming, and positive patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow appropriate infection control and safety protocols

• Active Oregon RDH license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Excellent patient-care and interpersonal skills
