Job Description

Soliant is seeking Per Diem Pharmacist for a multi-chain retail pharmacy located in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. This opportunity is perfect for pharmacists who want extra opportunities to pick up shifts and help in different pharmacies.

Position Details:
•Start Date: ASAP
•Duration: on-going per diem contract
•Shifts: Available to cover call outs, vacations, and/or volume spikes

•Requirements:
-Arizona Pharmacist License: Must be active and in hand at time of submission – firm requirement
-Must have at least 1-2 years working in a retail pharmacy setting.
-Must have immunization privilege and BLS card
-IT: QS1

•Responsibilities:
-Prescription Verification
-Medication Dispensing
-Patient Counseling
-Inventory Management
-OTC Medication Recommendations
