Sales Executive (GroomTower)

Adamo Systems, Inc. is hiring a Founding Account Executive to support GroomTower, our growing software platform for pet grooming and pet care businesses. This is an early-stage sales role for someone who wants to help build and grow the sales function within a startup environment. The person in this role will work directly with leadership to generate leads, qualify prospects, conduct product demos, manage follow-up, and close new business. The Founding Account Executive will play a key role in expanding GroomTower’s customer base by helping independent salons and multi-location operators discover, evaluate, and adopt the platform. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in outbound sales activity, motivated by commission, comfortable working with small business owners, and excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing company. Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales efforts Identify, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline Schedule and conduct live product demos for prospective customers Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities toward close Maintain accurate notes, activities, and next steps in the company CRM or lead-tracking system Support pricing discussions, proposal follow-up, and closing activity Collaborate with leadership on messaging, sales process improvements, and market feedback Represent the company professionally during calls, demos, and any occasional customer-facing events or meetings Help establish repeatable sales practices and contribute to the long-term growth of the GroomTower sales function This is a full-time base + commission sales position with significant earning potential for high performers. The listed compensation range of $55,000 to $96,000+ reflects a combination of guaranteed base compensation and uncapped commission. Candidates who are motivated by outbound prospecting, live demos, and closing new business will have a substantial opportunity to increase total earnings through performance.
