Web Developer & Website Manager

Seeking a detail-oriented part-time independent Web Developer & Website Manager, the contractor will manage the development, maintenance, and optimization of WEA and affiliated websites, primarily using Squarespace, while collaborating with marketing and design teams to enhance user experience and ensure effective digital communication. Key responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain WEA websites, ensuring functionality and responsiveness across devices Implement SEO best practices and monitor website performance using analytics tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute website updates and digital initiatives Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in developing and optimizing professional websites, particularly on Squarespace Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for customization and troubleshooting Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web analytics platforms Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Portfolio showcasing relevant website development work Virtual Vocations Inc
