Join our team as a Director of Sales at The Stella Hotel and Ballroom!Are you a driven, competitive sales leader who thrives on building relationships and hitting ambitious goals? The Stella Hotel and Ballroom, a 80 room hotel, which has several event spaces including a two-story ballroom is seeking a confident, motivational Director of Sales to lead our on-site sales efforts, inspire a team, and drive revenue across rooms, groups, and events.What You’ll DoLead and motivate a sales team while partnering closely with the General Manager to drive total hotel revenueDevelop and execute sales strategies to maximize room, group, and conference center performanceActively solicit new business, build long-term client relationships, and represent the hotel in the communityParticipate in client meetings, conduct site tours, and deliver persuasive sales presentationsAnalyze market trends, competitive data, and booking pace to adjust pricing and sales strategiesOversee forecasting, reporting, and sales activity tracking to support business goalsWhat You’ll BringProven sales leadership experience with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goalsConfidence, initiative, and a competitive mindset balanced with collaboration and relationship-buildingAbility to coach, motivate, and hold a sales team accountableStrong communication and negotiation skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceHotel or hospitality sales experience preferred, though strong sales backgrounds from other industries are welcomeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience starting at $80,000Medical, dental, vision insurance and more!Paid time off to rest, recharge, and resetPaid holidays401(k) retirement planIf you’re ready to lead a high-performing sales team, build lasting relationships, and make a measurable impact on hotel performance, we encourage you toapply today.The Stella Hotel and Ballroom is owned by Gorman & Company.
