We work collaboratively to provide compassionate care and utilize evidence based practice to improve outcomes to every resident and patient, every time./ph2Requirements/h2ulliDiploma from an accredited LPN program and current NYS LPN license required./liliBCLS training and current certification required from: American Heart Association or American Red Cross./liliProficiency with care tasks such as safe medication administration, aseptic technique, etc./liliExcellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills to enhance age-specific patient care, team collaboration and analytical problem solving./liliA detail-orientation with multiple tasks and follow-through of tasks to completion./liliAdvanced proficiency using EPIC is a plus./li/ulh2Salary Range/h2pUSD $38.16 - USD $38.16 /Hr./ppThis range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
