Learn more at DescriptionThe Senior Call Center Representative serves as a frontline point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound interactions to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. They follow established procedures and schedules to deliver timely, professional support across phone, chat, or email channels. Through effective communication and problem solving, they help ensure a positive and reliable customer experience.What You'll DoHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chatRespond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products or servicesResolve customer issues in a timely and professional mannerFollow established procedures, scripts, and workflows to ensure consistency and complianceDocument interactions, issues, and resolutions within internal systemsEscalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams as neededMaintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metricsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concernsAdhere to assigned schedules to ensure proper coverage and service levelsExperience and Education RequirementsMinimum of 1 year within a contact center environment handling calls, chats and emailsAbility to obtain Property and Casualty Agent License within first 3 months of employment (expenses reimbursed by company)Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organization skillsStrong customer service skills and professionalismAbility to adapt to changing software and support parameters frequentlyAbility to work individually and as a member of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong data entry, computer and clerical skillsBilingual Spanish speaking, a plusTypeFull-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt (overtime eligible)LocationMason-OHWe have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.Our Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including providing reasonable accommodations to applicants.#Inhabithires#LI-CB1 #J-18808-Ljbffr Epremium Insurance Company Llc
