Salesforce Developer with Active Clearance

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, object models, relationships, and data management strategies.
• Experience with Lightning Web Security (LWS), Apex, Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, and platform integrations.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing solutions with Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning App Builder, Flow Builder, and custom Lightning Web Components.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions using Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices, including source-driven development, Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical teams and government stakeholders.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II, and/or Agentforce Specialist certification.
• Preferred: Experience supporting federal enterprise programs, particularly in governance and compliance.
• Preferred: Knowledge of federal governance, accessibility, and cybersecurity frameworks, including Section 508, FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 controls.
• U.S. citizenship and an active DHS clearance or Top Secret DoD clearance.

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Manage Salesforce security and access controls, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups, and record-level security.
• Track Salesforce seasonal releases, assess new platform capabilities and their impact on existing solutions, and recommend enhancements and adoption strategies.
• Build innovative enterprise applications on Salesforce that meet business objectives, solve complex problems, and deliver value to the client.
• Collaborate and communicate with technical colleagues and stakeholders about progress, technical issues, and potential solutions.
• Contribute as part of an Agile Scrum team.
• Refactor applications and data models to make better use of out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and objects.
• Modernize applications to take advantage of new features, including Agentforce, implement code from user interface or design specifications, and follow industry best practices.
