As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Communications in Bloomsbury, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will be a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor check-in, and security-related communications. You will provide exceptional customer service, respond to concerns, and help maintain an orderly environment for staff, patients, and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, vendors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and healthcare location policies.
• Manage the front desk area by greeting visitors, verifying access credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing individuals to appropriate departments.
• Monitor entry activity, access control systems, cameras, and communication equipment, reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Assist with maintaining a professional, orderly reception environment while helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
