Commercial Roofing Service Manager

Join the Team and build your career! We have committed work on the schedule through 2026, and support large national service accounts. You’ll be in charge of our Baltimore service branch. You’ll be responsible for selling new work, as well as supporting our existing customer base. You’ll also be estimating and project managing the jobs in your area, and will be the manager of the field employees that are based at your location. This is an entrepreneurial position, with a proven business model to grow your branch. Job Responsibilities Selling work; our service managers constantly strive to grow their operations through calling on customers and building a strong customer base. Providing a positive customer experience. Estimating/ PM of service jobs. Leadership: the career development of our field employees is a priority. We consider our customers our number one priority: we encourage our service managers to constantly interact with their customers to ensure an enjoyable customer experience. What we look for in new team members 3‑5 years commercial roofing experience and 3 years of sales/customer service experience (roofing‑commercial construction preferred). General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Good at building relationships. Positive/solution‑based approach to challenges. Work ethics. Genuine desire to better those around you.
