Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise grading crews to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on job sites Operate and maintain heavy equipment used in grading operations Read and interpret construction plans and survey stakes to execute grading work accurately Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to meet project deadlines Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards Travel as Needed Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in grading operations Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team with References Expertise in operating various types of heavy equipment Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry Clean Driving Record Must be able to read and interpret Civil Plans Computer and Procore knowledge About Drewry Site Development: Drewry Site Development is a leading site development contractor serving South Daytona, FL, and the surrounding areas.
