Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Business Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.

· Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures.

· Monitor office budgets, expenses, invoices, and financial records.

· Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.

· Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

· Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with HR-related administrative functions.

· Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and support management decision-making.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.

· Organize meetings, events, and other business-related activities.

Qualification and Skills:

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

· Experience in office management, administration, or business operations.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management software.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
