Employee Relations Consultant

Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Employee Relations Partner in the Rochester area. You will coordinate trusted relationships with HR Strategy and Operations, Labor Relations, Centers for Excellence, leadership, and legal, providing guidance on performance management, policy interpretation, and investigations.
