Food Service AssociateMeriwether Godsey is seeking full-time food service associates at a private co-educational college preparatory boarding and day school located in Gill, MA.Positions Available:Two snack bar rolesOne pantry roleShifts Available:Various shifts available, mainly day hoursOne available shift is set at T-Sat. 11:45 am- 8:15 pmPay:$18- $19 per hourJob Responsibilities:Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitudeTransport food and supplies to the cafeteria: assist in the set-up, maintenance, breakdown of the cafeteria, food serving, and beverage areas.Serves and replenishes food from food counters and steam tables.Keep dining room areas and assigned kitchen areas neat and organizedClean and sanitize work areas, dining tables, chairs, and equipment throughout and after meal periodsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of other kitchen areas by following daily and weekly cleaning assignmentsInspects workstations for compliance with service standards.Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and good organizational skillsFlexibility: ability to switch between locations and job dutiesServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred.Reliable transportationBenefits:Competitive pay, uniforms, meals, training, mentorship, and benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.)Meriwether Godsey offers significant opportunities for growth and career advancement.
