Clinic Director (BCBA)

Pay: $120,000-$150,000 per year
Full-Time | In-Person

Lead an Exceptional Clinical Team

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an experienced Clinic Director (BCBA) to lead our growing clinic. If you're passionate about mentoring clinicians, supporting families, and driving outstanding clinical outcomes, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
• Oversee clinical quality and ethical ABA services
• Supervise assessments, treatment plans, and client progress
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
• Support clinic operations and foster a positive team culture
• Maintain a small clinical caseload while providing leadership

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• 3+ years of BCBA experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus
• Ability to work on-site during clinic hours
