Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels across all online platforms and manage stock replenishment.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns, providing timely resolutions.
