Cyberspace Joint Ops Planner

Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyberspace Joint Ops Planner to join our USCYBERCOM team located in the Fort Meade, MD area. Responsibilities include conducting operational-to-strategic joint cyber operations planning, participating in Joint Strategic Planning Groups, applying operational art/design to develop plans, collaborating with cyber intelligence planners, facilitating C2, employment and support requirements for National Mission Teams, maintaining knowledge of available and developmental operational capabilities, monitoring strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher echelon headquarters, and developing and integrating cyberspace capabilities into training and exercises.

Qualifications required include minimum 10 years of experience as Joint Ops Planner, complete working knowledge of JPP/relevant tools, minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, U.S. citizenship required, active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance, minimum specialized education in military joint ops planning through JPME II from a CJCS-accredited program listed in CJCSI 1800.01E, highly organized, flexible multitasker, strong attention to detail/organization, excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills with demonstrated initiative solving problems in past roles and responsibilities, and four years of planning experience may be substituted with completion of an advanced Service planner school.

Desired qualifications include prior cyber planning and operational experience at Combatant command/Cyber component/team levels, and operational/planning cyber-related certification courses.

Details Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
