Job Description
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop project timelines, milestones, labor plans, and material delivery schedules according to HVAC Career Map guidelines.
Budget & Financial Management: Create project estimates, track job costs, manage billing and collections, update monthly forecasts, and negotiate change orders.
Procurement: Order major HVAC equipment, parts, and specialized materials while managing vendor pricing and delivery logistics.
Field & Team Coordination: Provide work direction to technicians, installers, designers, and subcontractors. Conduct job site meetings to resolve design or field installation issues.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure installations comply with safety standards, building plans, and local regulations (such as ASHRAE, Title 24, or local mechanical codes).
Project Closeout: Handle punch lists, test and balance reports, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and customer training.
