Participateincustomermeetings,collectfeedback,andprovidereal-timecommunicationbetweencustomerandHQtosupportdevelopmentactivities. CustomerInterface&RelationshipBuilding -BethemaintechnicalcontactbetweencustomersandKoreaHQ,makingsureinsightincludingcustomerneeds,preferences,andtrendsaresharedclearlyandontime. Buildandmaintainstrongtechnicalrelationshipswithkeystakeholdersatcustomerorganizations. Providetimelyresponsestocustomerinquiriesandhelpsolvetechnicalissuesefficiently. Demonstrateacustomer-firstmindsetfocusedontrust-buildingandlong-termrelationships. TechnicalCommunication -Communicatecomplextechnicalconceptsclearlytobothtechnicalandnon-technicalaudiences. Supportinternalandexternalcommunicationwithclearreports,technicalpresentationsandmeetingsummaries. IndustryInsight&MarketIntelligence -BuildnetworksacrosstheNorthAmericaLi-batteryindustry,includingpotentialcustomersandsuppliers.
