Senior Paralegal - Personal Injury Litigation

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of personal injury litigation files, from intake through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and settlement packages
- Prepare and review discovery documents, deposition summaries, and medical chronologies
- Coordinate expert witnesses, medical specials, and trial exhibits
- Assist in trial preparation, including motions in limine, pre-trial memoranda, and courtroom materials
- Monitor and respond to subpoenas, court deadlines, and filing requirements
- E-file court documents accurately and efficiently in PA and NJ state and federal courts
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, government agencies, and opposing counsel
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of litigation experience in personal injury law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with case management software preferred
- Familiarity with Westlaw and/or LexisNexis
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client confidentiality
- Law firm experience is required
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
