Insurance Defense Paralegal Construction

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Insurance Defense Paralegal Construction to join our client to support litigation efforts tied to construction related insurance matters. This role focuses on keeping cases organized, advancing deadlines, and assisting attorneys with essential legal tasks across multiple jurisdictions. The position offers a blend of independent work and collaboration within a structured legal environment. This is a hybrid, permanent opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA or Marlton, NJ.

Monday through Friday, standard business hours with a requirement of 120 billable hours per month

Key Responsibilities of the Insurance Defense Paralegal Construction:

Prepare and organize legal documents such as pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence to support ongoing litigation matters
Conduct research and gather case related information to assist attorneys in building strong legal strategies
Manage billing entries and ensure accurate tracking of time in alignment with firm expectations
Qualifications and Skills for the Insurance Defense Paralegal Construction:
At least three years of relevant litigation experience within insurance defense, personal injury, or similar practice areas
Proficiency with legal technology, including case management systems and digital dictation tools, is preferred
