Litigation Paralegal

Job Description Job Description Position: Paralegal – Personal Injury & Litigation Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Draft and prepare personal injury demand letters and settlement packages , including summaries of medical treatment, damages, lost wages, and other supporting documentation. Draft, review, and assist with Complaints, Answers, New Matter, and other pleadings . Draft and respond to Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents, Requests for Admissions, and other discovery . Review and summarize medical records, medical bills, diagnostic studies, and treatment histories . Identify important medical issues, gaps in treatment, prior conditions, and information relevant to causation and damages. Obtain and organize medical records, bills, insurance information, employment records, and other case-related documentation. Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury and civil litigation , including case investigation, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
