Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their growing legal team in the Wayne or Blue Bell, Pennsylvania area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting attorneys in a fast-paced family law practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage complex casework while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and file legal pleadings and court documents

• Manage case files from intake through resolution

• Communicate directly with clients and provide timely updates

• Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and third-party partners

• Track discovery deadlines and assist with document collection and production

• Prepare hearing materials, exhibits, and trial binders

• Manage service of process and related case logistics

• Coordinate attorney calendars, court dates, and scheduling

• Maintain accurate file management and correspondence records

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably supporting family law matters

• Experience drafting pleadings and preparing court filings

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment

• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Preferred Qualifications

• Family law experience within Pennsylvania courts

• Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously

• Knowledge of local court filing procedures and deadlines

Compensation:

$60,000-$80,000.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
