We are seeing an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all phases of case workups including pre-litigation and litigation. Successful candidates will be proficient in legal software, have excellent communication skills and have a knack for time management.This is a full-time position that will be onsite in one of our main office locations. We are in-office 5 days a week, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm.Responsibilities:Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, appellate documents and legal memoranda.E-file court documents in both state and federal courts.Communicate effectively with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.Conduct legal research and factual investigations.Prepare discovery documents, including interrogatories and responses.Draft and serve summons.Coordinate and schedule depositions.Work with legal assistant to prepare trial binders and exhibits.Organize, maintain and manage indexes for pleadings, discovery, exhibits, evidence, briefs and appendices.Support attorney with all requests.Act as liaison between experts, defense attorneys and vendors.Assist with witness preparation.Provide support in case settlements.Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet the business needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in Personal InjuryProficiency in legal software and legal databases (Litify, eCourts, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical standards.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.Relevant understanding of legal research methodologies.Relevant certifications or licenses related to paralegal studies preferred.Compensation Range:$70,000 - $80,000 USDCompensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors.
