Program Manager - Data Services

To lead Data Linkage Services for a federally funded research program, the full-time Program Manager - Data Services will manage resources, oversee secure data linkage activities, and serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide overall program leadership including planning, execution, and reporting for Data Linkage Services Manage resources and personnel to execute linkage activities and deliver contract deliverables Ensure compliance with federal privacy, security, and data governance standards while providing program performance updates Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, health services, economics, or related research fields Minimum of two years of experience managing projects Knowledge of federal procedures and standards for data security and management Technical background in technologies, network devices, hardware, and software Experience with CMS data and data linkage methodologies
