Property Manager Assistant

Responsibilities: • Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Past sales experience is preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends Compensation: $60,000- $90,000 yearly
