Testing Coordinator - Riverview Academy of Math & Science

Qualifications:

Teaching Certificate Required
3 + years related experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collects, analyzes, and presents school performance data to school stakeholders.
Supports MTSS Implementation
Supports in preparing items for CST Meetings
Communicate with MTSS Coordinator
Model MTSS policies and procedures in classroom setting.
Maintains school data tracker.
Support with ELL Management including Paperwork and Compliance Preparation
Assist with Retention/Portfolios
Facilitates/Supports PLCs when referencing MTSS or ELL Students
Member of PSLT
Ensures that all school and state testing protocols are followed school-wide, providing all necessary training.
Coordinate State and District-mandated testing with related school staff.
Facilitate the administration of testing, including acquisition of testing materials.
Receive, inspect, count, number and distribute testing materials; package tests and manuals and prepare directives for staff for each test administration and distribute to appropriate administrators according to established schedules.
If applicable; schedule and prepare all Cambridge and Advanced Placement testing. Review assessments and schedule all retakes for high school students. Review high school students' schedules for accuracy of placement.
Inspect testing materials and maintain the security of testing materials, related data, and confidential student information.
Attend CSA and district training to keep current with compliance and State regulation issues for State-mandated testing; consult staff regarding compliance with State regulations.
Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the Director/Principal may from time-to-time assign.
