Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities: • Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. • Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. • Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals • Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. Qualifications: • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • We welcome applicants at all levels. • Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook). • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
