Job Duties:
- Study and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of final products.
- Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining.
- Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts the machine within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality of production.
- Reports all machine malfunctions to Operations Manager.
- Understanding of production requirements, production scheduling, and reporting.
- Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Must have prior programming experience in G-Code and work with machining centers.
- Will be working in a fast paced environment with high production yields.
- Must be able to work 100% on the floor and have the ability to push, pull, or lift product with forklift or overhead crane.
- Must be able to regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time, and use hands to feel or handle all types of materials.
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly, and sit, climb, or balance occasionally.
- Employee must be able to regularly lift up to 70 pounds.
- Occasionally exposed to vibration and noise levels are usually high and ear plugs are required.
- 1st and 2nd shift opportunities!
- $20.00-$28.00/hr.
