Enjoy competitive pay, excellent benefits including 90% company-paid health insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in a safety-focused manufacturing environment.Welder / Fabricator Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout, materials, and sequence of operationsFabricate, cut, shape, and assemble metal components using welding, cutting, and bending equipmentPerform MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding techniques as requiredUse hand tools, power tools, and machines to prepare materials and components for welding and assemblyInspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy, ensuring they meet required standardsMaintain and repair fabrication tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure they are functioning properlyFollow all safety protocols and industry standards while working with hazardous materials and equipmentKeep work areas clean and organized to ensure efficiency and safetyEnsure that all work complies with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control measuresAdhere to project timelines and work within established schedulesRequirements for Welder / Fabricator:Able to pass pre-employment weld testHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in welding or fabrication preferredProven experience as a Fabricator/Welder, preferably in manufacturingProficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick weldingStrong knowledge of welding safety standards and equipmentAbility to read and interpret drawings and blueprintsFamiliarity with fabrication tools, power tools, and machineryAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to follow directions and instructionsWelding certifications are a plus but not requiredExperience with CNC machinery or other automated fabrication tools is a plusFamiliarity with laser cutting, plasma cutting, or other advanced fabrication methods is a plus
