Fabricator/Welder

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout, materials, and sequence of operations. Fabricate, cut, shape, and assemble metal components using welding, cutting, and bending equipment. Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding techniques as required. Use hand tools, power tools, and machines to prepare materials and components for welding and assembly. Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy, ensuring they meet required standards. Maintain and repair fabrication tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly. Follow all safety protocols and industry standards while working with hazardous materials and equipment. Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure efficiency and safety. Ensure that all work complies with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control measures. Adhere to project timelines and work within established schedules. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder, preferably in manufacturing. Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Strong knowledge of welding safety standards and equipment. Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with fabrication tools, power tools, and machinery. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
