Production Associate – $22+/hr + Growth

Looking for a hands-on job with great pay, consistent hours, and long-term growth? We're hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great fit for candidates with production, assembly, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble products using hand and power tools
• Read production lists and follow work instructions
• Measure materials using a tape measure
• Inspect products throughout the process to ensure quality
• Identify and organize materials needed for production
• Report quality concerns or material shortages
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support production goals as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• Experience in production, assembly, construction, warehouse, or general labor
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic math and reading skills

Experience That's a Plus

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Blueprint reading experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Construction experience
• Experience with drills, nail guns, saws, sanders, or similar tools

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $41.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
