Primary Responsibilities Medical Assisting Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including taking vitals, preparing exam rooms, and administering injections. Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens for lab testing. Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks). Assist with patient education and follow-up care. Front Desk Reception Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Verify insurance coverage and process payments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience preferred. Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
