What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to a low-volume, solo provider setting ( 15 patients/day)
• Support a team of advanced practice providers and three physicians
• Manage patient diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care within EMR system (Meditech)
• Collaborate with staff and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain high-quality care standards and comply with best practices in a clinic setting
• Participate in patient education and support services

What You Need

• Board Certification in Hematology or Oncology
• Recent patient-facing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid medical license in Kentucky or ability to obtain licensure
