Ester is a proprietary AI engine that reads, extracts, and summarizes complex legal documents—turning hundreds of pages of legalese into actionable data and elegant visualizations.We are looking for a Product Manager, AI to drive the product strategy and execution for our AI product, Ester. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the vision for how AI transforms the estate planning journey—from document ingestion and legal data extraction to agentic workflows and client-facing insights.As the PM for Ester, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM research and real-world legal complexity. You will work at the intersection of applied AI and legal expertise to build the "intelligence layer" that powers the entire Wealth.com ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive product development and strategy, including analysis of competitive landscape to inform Wealth's short and long-term impactScope and prioritize solutions and features based on business needs and Wealth member impactTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesPartner closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market results and optimized resourcesGain a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve the user experience and drive adoption of the platformDrive product launches in partnership with leadership and the marketing teamRepresent the company with users and potential users, soliciting feedback on products and services, including user interviews and testingCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partnersAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our platform and differentiating value propositionStrong problem solving skills and willingness to tackle problems individually and collaboratively to get to the best outcomePassion for using data, metrics and analysis to inform product development and adoptionQualifications8+ years of product, project management or an equivalent experience, with a proven track record of leading AI/ML products from concept to scale.Deep Technical Fluency: You understand the end-to-end AI lifecycle, starting from intelligent data ingestion (OCR/Document AI) through to LLM orchestration. You are proficient in multimodal RAG (incorporating scanned PDFs and images), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
