Travel Nurse Educator – Neurosurgical ICU | Bozeman, MT
13 Weeks | 40 Hours Guaranteed | Variable Shifts

We are seeking an experienced Neurosurgical ICU Nurse Educator for a 13-week travel assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an ICU nursing professional passionate about clinical education, staff development, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements:
Active Montana RN License
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
Minimum 3 years of ICU clinical nursing experience
Minimum 3 year of education, leadership, or staff development experience
Nurse Educator or specialty certification preferred
Must live 90+ miles from the facility
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Assignment Details:
13-week contract
Variable shifts
40 guaranteed hours per week
No holiday coverage required
EPIC EMR
Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract

Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver educational programs, orientation, and competency training for Neurosurgical ICU staff
Lead professional development initiatives and evidence-based practice education
Coordinate simulations, continuing education, and competency validation
Support nursing excellence through mentoring, coaching, and staff development
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care quality and clinical outcomes
