The Inside Sales Representative is an essential member of a dynamic sales team, dedicated to managing inbound leads and driving revenue through effective customer outreach and relationship management. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role involves utilizing designated sales tools and technologies, including mandatory training, to optimize sales negotiations, pipeline management, and follow-up communications. Occasional client visits are expected to strengthen customer connections and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer outreach to engage inbound leads
• Negotiate sales agreements to meet customer needs
• Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively inform customers
• Manage customer relationships for long-term satisfaction
