Step into a dynamic and rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year! This full-time position offers a meaningful chance to make an impact working across three campuses near Boston, MA. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced speech-language pathologists and educational teams to help students build vital communication skills.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active Massachusetts SLPA license is required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary or middle school-aged students, preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Comfort working in a multi-school caseload
• Strong commitment to student-centered care and collaboration with educational staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support and help implement students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to promote student progress
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and data collection as required
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students at each site
• Travel between assigned school locations as needed within the week
